Booking Policy – Nymfes Villas Ithaca
1. Booking Process

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Platform bookings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.): Confirmed instantly; payment is made upon arrival.

Phone bookings: A deposit equal to 1 night’s stay is required, regardless of the total duration.
2. Payment Terms

Full payment is made upon arrival.

3. Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit.

Cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival or last-minute: No refund.

If no deposit was paid, no additional compensation is required.
4. Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture or appliances.

Full replacement cost will be required based on current market value.
5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 16:00 (4:00 p.m.)

Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 a.m.)

No extra charge for late check-out, unless otherwise arranged.
6. House Rules

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
-
Pets are not allowed in both indoor and outdoor areas.

Parties are allowed only upon request and must respect quiet hours.

7. Force Majeure Clause
In cases of travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, the cancellation policy will be applied flexibly, after communication with the guest.
8. Extra Charges

Extra cleaning: Any additional cleaning outside the standard schedule will incur an extra fee.

No additional charges apply for check-in/check-out or other services unless otherwise agreed.
