Booking Policy – Nymfes Villas Ithaca

1. Booking Process

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights

  • Platform bookings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.): Confirmed instantly; payment is made upon arrival.

  • Phone bookings: A deposit equal to 1 night’s stay is required, regardless of the total duration.


2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is made upon arrival.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Cash

    • Bank transfer

    • Credit/debit card via POS


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival or last-minute: No refund.

  • If no deposit was paid, no additional compensation is required.


4. Damage Policy

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture or appliances.

  • Full replacement cost will be required based on current market value.


5. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: From 16:00 (4:00 p.m.)

  • Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 a.m.)

  • No extra charge for late check-out, unless otherwise arranged.


6. House Rules

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.

  • Pets are not allowed in both indoor and outdoor areas.

  • Parties are allowed only upon request and must respect quiet hours.

  • Quiet hours (summer):

    • 15:00–17:30

    • 23:00–07:00


7. Force Majeure Clause
In cases of travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, the cancellation policy will be applied flexibly, after communication with the guest.


8. Extra Charges

  • Extra cleaning: Any additional cleaning outside the standard schedule will incur an extra fee.

  • No additional charges apply for check-in/check-out or other services unless otherwise agreed.
